In order to be able to sell only high quality goods in bulk, we carry out control and selection of mushrooms at all stages, from its collection and sorting to drying and packaging.

PACKAGING

The product is packed in sealed, moisture-protective packaging suitable for storage and international transportation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are prepared for international air shipment. Before dispatch, photo and/or video confirmation can be provided. After shipment, the customer receives a tracking number.

The minimum order quantity depends on the product. For most wholesale orders of dried mushrooms, the minimum order is 2 kg. Different mushroom species and products can be combined in a single shipment.

We provide international air shipping. The standard delivery time is approximately 1.5–3 weeks, depending on the destination country, selected shipping method, postal or courier service workload, and customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipment weight and destination country. Fixed rates may apply to certain destinations, and the exact shipping cost is confirmed when the order is finalized. The minimum shipping cost is USD 150.

We prepare the necessary supporting documents for international shipments. The required documentation depends on the product and the regulations of the destination country. A phytosanitary certificate is provided when required.

How does the order and shipping process work?
